What are the strap covers made from?
We use premium, high-quality fleece that's soft, breathable and gentle on sensitive skin. It feels cosy without being bulky, so you get comfort without compromising your mask fit.
Will it fit my mask?
NightmAir strap covers are designed to fit most standard CPAP masks including nasal, nasal pillow and full face styles. If you're unsure, send us your mask model and we'll let you know. We've probably seen it before.
Is it hard to install?
Not at all. Just wrap it around your mask strap and secure it in place. It takes less than a minute and zero technical skills. If you can put on your mask, you can install NightmAir strap covers.
Where do you ship?
Right now, we're shipping Australia-wide only. We're keeping it local for now while we grow, but international shipping is on the horizon.
How long does shipping take?
Standard Shipping (Australia): 3 to 7 business days
Express Shipping (Australia): 1 to 3 business days
We usually dispatch orders within 2 business days because we know you don't want to wait to sleep better. Delivery times can vary slightly during busy periods.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
What's your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order arrives.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused
- In original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
Because these are worn on the face, we can't accept used items for hygiene reasons unless they're faulty.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update or cancel it. Once it's on its way, we can't pull it back from the courier.
Is NightmAir a medical device?
NightmAir strap covers are comfort accessories designed to improve your CPAP experience. They're not a medical device and aren't intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition.
