Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return period from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

-Be unused

-Be in their original packaging

-Be in the same condition that you received them

-Be accompanied by proof of purchase

As these products are worn on the face, we are unable to accept returns of used items for hygiene reasons unless the item is faulty.

To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos to assess the issue. If the product is confirmed to be faulty, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
